    Excellent course that everyone can benefit from~

    No matter your role, customer facing, answering phones, or dealing with internal co-workers only, this course has a lot of excellent insight, tips and ideas that can easily be discussed and implemented. It's not easy to make yourself this self aware, but watching this course is certainly a step forward. I loved it.
