Excellent overview
I have done an in-person EQ course in 2019, and it helped me considerably with making some necessary changes in my practice. Now, I am opening my own practice with some other people, and we have had some challenges with interpersonal conflict. This was an excellent reminder to remain true to my values, and gave me some additional tools (and bravery) to help me better acknowledge and deal with this conflict in a way that will lead to a stronger practice.

It might be easier for employers to blame employees for lacking emotional regulation rather than tackling toxic workplace dynamics, poor management, or unrealistic workloads.

He says the quiet part out loud. I really appreciated validation of some of the things that I have thought, observed or experienced in vet med in the past 15 yrs. There were also some challenging points that allowed me to self-reflect, set new goals and see things from a new perspective. I recommend this course if you are interested in personal development and/or improved workplace effectiveness and culture. Downsides for me: I do not enjoy watching CE on a computer, and I didn't like the weird flat blue background.
