Making “cents” out of Inventory Management
Finally, the concepts are coming into focus. What I learned today reduced the overwhelming task of managing inventory. I’ll stretch it one step further and say I am excited to revisit our last ABC Analysis and look forward to the next one. I am confident improvement will be seen!
