As someone who has spent several years of higher education practicing these communication skills, I think you may want to consider a second part to this webinar that involves the outlying conversations that fall into this realm. I've experienced unique situations where these skills were completely undermined by the managerial staff/owner, especially as a newcomer to this industry, and while these skills are useful to a point you will always come across situations that defy all logic. It is important to teach staff how best to care for themselves and their coworkers in those situations as well.
