How does EdQuest work?

EdQuest gives you on-demand access to veterinary education and wellness resources in one place. Once your account is activated, you can log in from any device such as a computer, tablet, or the EdQuest mobile app to explore courses, track progress, download certificates, and join our quarterly Live Wellness Series. New content is added throughout the year, and you can learn at your own pace whenever it fits your schedule.

What is the time commitment?

EdQuest is completely self-paced, so there is no required weekly time commitment. You get full access for an entire year, giving you the flexibility to learn whenever it works for you. Whether you prefer short lessons in between appointments or longer learning sessions, you can move through the content at your own speed and return to any course at any time.

How long will I have access?

Depending on your purchase, you will have access to EdQuest for either one year or one and a half years. During your access period, you can log in anytime, complete courses at your own pace, revisit materials, and download your certificates whenever you need them.

What email should I use when signing up?

Use the email you check most often. This will be your login for EdQuest and where you receive course confirmations, reminders, certificates, and updates. If you are enrolling team members, use each person’s individual work email so their account and CE records stay separate.

Can I purchase EdQuest for the team?

You can purchase EdQuest for your whole team. However, the best value comes from becoming a VGP Elite member, which includes EdQuest access plus additional benefits for your practice when eligible. Is the content RACE-approved?

Yes. Most EdQuest courses are RACE-approved for veterinarians, technicians, and practice managers. EdQuest is also approved as a New York State sponsor of continuing education for veterinarians and veterinary technicians. Each course clearly indicates whether it qualifies for RACE or NYS CE credit.

Can I enroll multiple people?

You can enroll as many team members as you need. Without a VGP membership, each team member must purchase their EdQuest account individually. This will ensure individual course access, progress tracking, and certificates. If you need help enrolling a group or want to set up access for your entire practice, our team can assist.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers to other accounts once enrolled. Please review the course details carefully before purchasing and email [email protected] with any questions.

Does my EdQuest purchase include VGP membership?
